PATTERN MAKING
CUTTING
At Uniform Garment, we have specially made cutting tables to accommodate different widths and lengths best suited for the markers to minimize fabric wastage further. Each roll of fabric is expertly pre-shrunk, rested to stabilize and laid flat for cutting. We control the fitting from the very first step of production.
SEWING
Our skilful sewers are known for their reputable needlework. With our flexible line operating systems, we can adjust the production line based on fabrications, constructions, and quantity. We handle all types of sewing techniques including our famous flatlock. With continuous inline quality control, the products delivered are at the highest standard.
FINISHING
We provide the finishing touches to successfully launch your product into the marketplace by carefully inspecting each piece for quality assurance before they go out the door. Garments are pressed, loose threads are trimmed, and packaged to your requirement.
EMBELLISHING
We partner with market leaders in apparel embellishing to be able to offer an array of decoration methods to our clients. As a full-service manufacturer, we can decorate before, during or after garment assembly, so design possibilities are endless.
PRIVATE LABELLING
